And now, without further ado…

Doing much speaking and introductory work for themselves, I’ve decided to try not to say much about these baskets. Before I even opened shop, my first two baskets sold at record speed, which says a lot already.

I’ve gone for two looks with this project; a gypsy, colourful design which would be striking in any kitchen or sitting room, holding from onions and potatoes to knitting needles and wool and bills and pencils. The other, is a whimsical mix of fabric in a matching colour range, more suitable to either a sedate lounge or a bedroom for holding prayer beads, books and other necessities.

Absolutely beautiful, absolutely striking, a true reflection of the amazing possibilities of handmade crafting.

What was your first impression when you saw these baskets? Let us know in the comment’s section! And please check out our ‘custom orders’ tab for more!

Note: being made of fabric, these baskets aren’t water proof so to hold fruits or veggies, place similar sized bowl inside to protect them and keep them away from wet surfaces.
